We believe renting should feel straightforward, not stressful. From registering your details to collecting your keys, we will guide you through each step so you always know what to expect.
A simple, step by step guide from your first enquiry to move in day.
Start by registering with us so we can understand what you are looking for and keep you updated on suitable properties.
We will organise a viewing at a time that suits you so you can see the property in person.
Once you have found the right property, complete your application form with your details.
This secures the property while we carry out the next steps and removes it from the market.
We carry out a full referencing process, including affordability checks, employment verification, and a credit check.
Your application is then presented to the landlord for approval once all checks are complete.
Once approved, you will be asked to pay your deposit and first month’s rent. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent, less the holding fee already paid.
You will sign your tenancy agreement, pay any remaining balances, and arrange a date to collect your keys.
We believe in being upfront about costs and what to expect.
A holding fee of £100 is required when you apply for a property. This allows us to remove it from the market while we process your application. The £100 is then put towards your first month’s rent.
Our team will guide you through each step, making sure everything is clear, organised, and easy to follow.
Referencing usually takes three to five working days, but this can vary depending on how quickly information is returned.
We begin referencing and prepare your application for the landlord while the property is reserved for you.
If you decide to withdraw your application after paying the holding fee, it is non refundable. The holding fee is used to reserve the property and take it off the market while we process your application.
We recommend applying for one property at a time to avoid delays and confusion.
