Submit Your Application
Having selected a property, you will need to complete an application form
Submit Your Application
You will need to supply us with details of your current & previous addresses, current employer / benefit income, your previous Landlord and a character referee. At this time we will also need two forms of identification, one photographic & one postal.
Pay Your Holding Fee
On application you will need to pay a Holding Fee
Pay Your Holding Fee
A holding fee of £100 is also required at this point. This allows us to remove the property from the market while we’re processing your application. This £100 then goes towards your first month's rent.
References
We take up references on behalf of the Landlord
References
Usually this will include your employer, current / previous Landlord and a character reference. A credit check will also be undertaken. Referencing normally takes between 3 to 5 working days to complete. If you are claiming any form of benefit you will also need to supply details of a Guarantor as well.

Rent & Deposit
Deposits are normally equal to one months’ rent, but this may vary depending on the property. Please check with a member of staff who can confirm the deposit required for the property you are interested in. The deposit is held to cover your obligations under the Tenancy Agreement.
