About The Author

I’m a landlord myself and had my properties looked after by agents while I worked at my full-time job.

Sometimes I would find a good agent, but the sad reality was that I could not find a local lettings-only specialist, and most of the estate agents just weren’t up to the job.  Plus, I felt that the investment properties I worked hard to build up were playing second fiddle to the agent’s primary focus of selling houses.

I often thought, “why can’t I just find someone local who only does lettings?”  That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and set up Portadown’s only property lettings specialist, and so Orchard Lettings was born.

That was over fifteen years ago, and I’m still as passionate about property management today as I was back then.
